The Jewish Museum of Switzerland is pleased to announce that it published an important part of its collection online, bringing to an end a one-year digitization project. 825 objects can be viewed if you click here
The objects from our collection are presented with photos, dates and geographical references, their material and/or manufacturing techniques, as well as their dimensions. In addition, we noted how the objects were acquired, whether as donations, purchases or
loans from other institutions or individuals. A search function allows you to search directly for material, dates, a holiday or a life event.
Researchers can become better acquainted with our collection and learn more about our exhibited objects as well as objects that are not part of the current display.
The museum plans to continue its digitization project in the coming years, to improve and to supplement the entries with further information.
