The Annual General Meeting of the AEJM is the forum in which developments and questions concerning the organisation itself are discussed and decided on among the members. The AEJM Board, specialised task forces and individuals may report to all members of the AEJM on diverse topics ranging from new educational programmes to the annual budget. All Full Members may vote in the yearly board elections and other matters on the agenda. Associate Members and Honorary Members may be present at the meeting and take part in the discussions, but are not entitled to vote. The AGM is an important opportunity for all members to come together, to exchange ideas, and to make decisions to help steer the organisation on its way for the future. The AGM annually takes place at our Annual Conference.
