The AEJM Museum Education Seminar 2015 will take place from 11 October until 15 October in Vienna, Austria. The Jewish Historical Museum will be presenting the exhibition Roman Vishniac (Re)discovered from 4 April to 24 August 2014. This extensive retrospective introduces never before seen work of Russian-American photographer Roman Vishniac (1897-1990), who is primarily known for his pre-war photographs of Eastern European Jews. The AEJM Annual Conference 2014 Approaches to Authenticity: the Virtual vs. the Material vs. the Recreated will take place from 15 until 18 November in Warsaw, Poland and is hosted by the Museum of the History of Polish Jews and co-organized by the Emanuel Ringelblum Jewish Historical Institute.
